Terms for the automated dispute pack
DepositProof provides an automated information product, not legal representation or a decision by an authority.
Product and price
The dispute pack costs 200 DKK as a one-time payment. It includes a Danish draft letter, English explanation, procedural timeline, evidence checklist and next steps based on the completed questionnaire.
Scope
The pack covers only the procedural rules checked by the displayed rule engine. It does not assess repair prices, evidence weight, normal wear, court proceedings or rules outside the stated scope.
Immediate digital delivery
If you actively consent before payment, DepositProof begins delivery of the digital product immediately. You acknowledge that once delivery begins you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for this digital content. All other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Generation failure
The system validates the generated pack and retries once. If both attempts fail, DepositProof automatically starts a refund to the original payment method.
Check before sending
You must review the draft, fill in placeholders and confirm the facts before sending it. No outcome or repayment is guaranteed.
