Privacy
The free check stays local. Paid generation uses limited server processing.
DepositProof has no account, advertising or file upload. Questionnaire answers are sent to the server only when you choose to buy a dispute pack.
What is processed
The free result is calculated in your browser. For a paid pack, the server receives the answers, reruns the rule engine and sends only the minimum pseudonymous, locked facts, conclusion and legal references to DeepSeek for drafting. If checkout fails and you use the recovery form, only your email, language and consent time are stored; the form does not send questionnaire answers.
Payment separation
Stripe processes the payment. DepositProof places only an opaque order identifier in payment metadata, not your questionnaire answers. DepositProof does not receive card details.
Automatic deletion
Questionnaire answers, the rule result, generated pack and any checkout-recovery email are scheduled for deletion within 30 days. Necessary transaction records are kept separately without the case content.
Security and access
The order link contains a long access token. Treat it like a private document link. Tokens are stored only as one-way hashes, and expired links no longer provide the case content.
Your choices
You can use the free check without buying or sending answers to the server. Contact DepositProof to ask about access, deletion or correction of case data that has not already been automatically deleted.
Result links
If you choose “Copy result link”, your answers are encoded in the URL after the
#
symbol. Anyone who receives that URL can read the answers and result. Do not share it with someone you do not trust.
AI provider and international processing
The paid workflow uses Stripe for payment and DeepSeek's API for document drafting. The AI request contains no name, address, file or order identifier. With your express consent, the minimum pseudonymous case data is transferred to DeepSeek in the People's Republic of China for a one-time draft. China has no EU adequacy decision, so EU-level protections and remedies may not be available. The public pages do not load advertising trackers or third-party fonts.
